We wanted a company who specialize in garage doors instead of a handyman who does everything. We were needing to replace the 20 year old garage door opener. After an evaluation was done, we realized we needed a new spring, rollers and a new garage door opener. Brandon explained everything, answered all of our questions and he was very professional. We are in love with how quiet it is when the garage door opens and closes. If anything ever has to be done, it will be with Precision.

I would highly recommend this company. The service was top notch. The tech that came to our home was one of the nicest we have ever worked with. He explained all options and explained every step and what he was doing. GREAT service and will use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tech came to my house and told me my garage was un fixable, and would have to be completely replaced. Wrote me a $1350 estimate for a plain aluminum door plus tax. I on the other hand was quite skeptical and didn't trust that this man was being honest. But maybe he didn't have the experience and was told to rip people off by his company. So I called Music City Garage doors and they came out, looked at my issue and told me he had seen this many times before and it would be an issue. They replaced only what needed to be replaced and and pretty much gave me a brand new garage door for less than half the cost of Precision. And did I mention they came out and finished the job the very next day, compared to Precision who told me it would be anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks before he could get started. I've read some other reviews on this site and I've noticed that this company makes people get whole new systems all the time, because it was un fixable. Boo on this company. Boo.

Our Technicians are required to perform a 25-Point Safety Inspection, and we only recommend replacing the door if it is damaged beyond repair. Since the sections of your garage door were being held together with duct tape, the springs purchased online and installed were the wrong size, we had no other choice but to leave you with a free estimate to replace the garage door.

Overall the service was good. When setting the appointment I was told by the agent that the trip charge was $55 and the technician would call 30 minutes before coming. The technician never called but was on time. He went over everything and then asked if I remembered what they quoted me on the trip charge and I said $55. He said nope its $65. I said how does it go up in less than a day and i want warned? He said the agent made the mistake not him. I should have cancelled the service all together because i really felt like i was getting played. Yes it's only $10 but it just seemed fishy to me. Luckily i really just wanted my garage door fixed. It took the technician less than 15 minutes to fix the issue and i was happy about that.
