We suffered a close lightning strike on June 19th and Lyle Rowen came today and had two garage door motor circuit boards installed and all was well in about an hour. Very satisfied with his ability to check and diagnose the problem and replaced the damaged circuit boards.

Five Star same day service! Jeremy the tech was very professional and polite. He explained everything and gave me additional options. He replaced broken garage door springs along with some safety checks. No extra charge for same-day Professional Service! Listed with the BBB I would definitely recommend them. Also Sierra (like the truck is how she said to remember it) was very professional in the call center and gave me needed information

Your representative, Dillon was exceptional. He came out and was very professional and friendly. He took photos of our problem and talked with his supervisor and concluded that it would not be a good idea for him to try to fix the problem as it was not installed properly initially(30+ years ago). It was recommended that a new door was in order. This company operates on a guarantee of their work and could not guarantee this would or could be properly repaired by them. We will be having them install the new doors.

Todd Noel was extremely helpful on the service call. He called ahead of time to say he was on his way in 30 minutes. He showed up on time and not a minute later.
