I was very amazed at how quick a bad situation got better, when at 6:30 am my wife's car was trapped inside the garage. I called the number I had on a coupon I had saved just incase. After talking to a very nice lady on the phone the appointment was set at 8:00am. Thomas the technician showed up on time and repaired the door. He was professional and very knowledgeable of his trade. My garage door has never worked better. I would recommend Thomas to any of my friends that need any type of service or repair.

Called on Saturday afternoon, and Precision was offering to come Sunday! I had them come Monday, and Thomas Hoffman was awesome. Very knowledgeable, and he inspected and fully explained everything to me, including various options available. All in all a great experience. What great service. I had my garage door opener repaired on a Saturday at no extra charge for the weekend. The service tech (Mike) arrived exactly when he said he would and diagnosed and fixed the problem within minutes. Then he serviced both doors. On top of that he was a great guy. I'll call Precision next time for sure.
