On time, courteous and knowledgeable what was a problem and what was not. No hype trying to make more issues than there was as previous company did. Fixed everything that day and explained what he did and why. Quoted me a price prior to work with no hidden surprise fees. Will not only use Precision Door Service again but will request tech Dave Sinner. Highly recommend as previous company kept trying to sell me on ridiculous expensive unnecessary work. No nonsense, no pressure company.

They came out the same day, sent me an email with a photo of who to expect, and gave me a call when they were 20 minutes away. The technician was very polite, and efficient, he showed me exactly what happened and why, inspected my entire system and gave recommendations. I felt like he was honest and did a great job, my door opens like new again!

My expectations were not met. The first person that inspected the garage door failed to tell me that I needed three panels instead of two so I had to buy buy the third panel that costed me $250.00 more and extra extra time. They called several times with different excuses for not coming out the next day. The excuses went on for days. The excuses were I didn’t have your number, the warehouse didn’t have the panel, they have to order the panel, they came out with the wrong panel until the warehouse got the right panel, I don’t paint someone else will have to come out to paint.it took several days and I am still waiting on the right panels. This is poor service. This costed me over $1400.00 and still have to pay $500.00 for the right panel when ever it gets here. Thanks for the poor service. The experience has not been good from day one. I don’t even know if they have lubricated the springs that they replaced. Thanks for the poor service. Kelvin and Mable Motte. Had an urgent need for double garage door repair. My door is super heavy as it’s inlaid with wood exterior. One of the big springs broke and it the door is too heavy to lift without both springs working. I couldn’t get my vehicles out of the garage. Needed help quick. Called Precision and they had someone come out within a couple of hours. Replaced both big springs, put new end sprockets and tightened belt. I am back in business! Technician was courteous and professional and completed the work quickly and expertly. Highly recommend.
