Precision door installation process not getting done. Inch and a half gap left between the door seal and the floor from a month ago! Still trying to get this resolved. They want us to pay an extra $160 for a $2400 door installation. Making sure there is a good seal is part of the installation.

I had my garage door repaired. I really appreciated the same day service--the Precision technician, Kyle, was at my door within an hour of my call! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He replaced the springs on my garage door quickly. I also appreciated the professionalism of Tommie, who answered the phone when I first called.
