I called Precision Garage Door Service early this morning when my garage door wouldn't open. Sam came and was so pleasant and thorough, and now I have a garage door that will open again. My garage door broke at 6PM yesterday. I called and set up an appointment. They were able to get me in at 8AM this morning. The technician, Sam Mathis, was great. He walked me through everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand with no high pressure sales tactics. He had everything back up and running in no time at all. The price was more than I was expecting but with a 10 year warranty it seems totally worth it. Appreciate the great service.

My garage door was popping or sticking when you opened it and Ryan Swift told me what the problem was and we discussed what would improve the operation of the opening and closing and he gave me 2 estimates on what it would cost to make it more efficient. I told him I would need some time to think it over and he didn't pressure me into making a decision.
