Jordan Clark is a very good technician for the job I had done. He was courteous and knowledgable. He did the repairs in a timely fashion and with competence. Was definitely a courteous young man. I had Jordan Clark and Bryce Strumpfer replace my garage door opener. they were excellent craftsmen. I had a bulkhead, so the rail had to be cut down. Genie made a design change by moving the light from the front of the unit to the rear, so Bryce had to alter the light. It made more work for him. My thanks to them and your personnel director.

One does not often need a garage door repaired. I could not find a phone number for Overhead Door after I called them and they did not show up for the appointment. I received your ad in a packet of ads that is often mailed and called your number. Your service person came and was very helpful. He tried help me with my lawn mower which was in the garage and then fixed both doors. He arrived promptly on time and finished the work and now both garage doors work. I am totally pleased as I no longer have to open the doors manually. (2 doors)
