There's not much worse than hearing that awful "twang" when the spring on your garage door decides it has had enough! We called Precision Garage Door this morning, and they were able to come out quickly to fix the problem. Sam was here on time, evaluated what needed to be done, and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Called for repair and had an appointment the same day. Tech arrived within a few hours (EARLIER than scheduled!) with a call to me when he was on his way. Colton was polite and very thorough in assessing the problem and completing the work required to get my old door working again. Gave me exact cost before work started. Kyle and Colton arrived a little earlier than the schedule, which was great, and they worked efficiently and professionally and completed the repair a very short time, and then I asked them to replace the rollers which were showing wear and they did that very quickly. In March 2021, they fixed the problems with the Garage Door. Springs, rollers in other parts. They will be coming out to my house to replace the whole system due to hail damage. They met and beat Hicklin Door service quote and prices. I will talk to USAA about using your services instead of Hicklin.

I have never used Precision before, but certainly will in the future. All of the staff is very professional and courteous. They were punctual, communicated well, and did an excellent job with the installation. They even honored my coupon after the fact. They didn't have to do that, but I was very pleased that they did.
