Nothing worse than heading out and garage door won't let your car out of the garage. I called Precision based upon TV commercials I had seen and wasn't disappointed. Kyle came same day earlier than my appointment time and fixed my garage door very quickly and even made sure my dogs getting get out of the yard. I hope I never need them again but so glad they delivered.

Kyle came out to give me an estimate on work due to garage door receiver performance tanking (had to be in front of the garage door to use garage door openers (including Homelink), had previously been able to open doors from a block away. Kyle explained work that needed to be done to not only replace the garage door opener (i wanted to get a smart device with belt drive), but also recommended a number of items. House was a new construction and had builder grade parts. When i approved the work, they were able to come out same day. Kyle explained how everything worked, and happy with the new door opener.
