I called at 3pm and they were able to have a technician out the same day. He installed a new garage door opener, changed the spring, and changed the rollers on the door. It was all done within a few hours and our garage door is almost silent now when opening and closing. Excellent work; highly recommend.

The date is November 14, 2021 a Sunday. They were open for business and came out within the hour after I called to do repairs. Complete replacement of the motor and parts. Job was completed within 2 hours. Outstanding!! Tech was customer friendly and know what he was doing. Over-all an outstanding company and would recommend to any one who needs their garage door repaired.

Bryce and coworker were professional, respectful, fixed the problem quickly and correctly. My track and rollers were wearing down and they fixed it so the doorcworks fine now. They also replaced a couple worn parts and lubricated my other door as preventive maintenance. I highly recommend Precision and that crew.

Bryce was our service technician and he was very friendly and diligent in his work. He explained what was needed to repair our garage door as it would not open. When I called Precision on a Friday afternoon near 3:30pm, I was very surprised to hear that a technician would be able to be at our house yet this evening and likely within an hour. He arrived at 4:30. Amazing turn around time. I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of service.

We had a small glitch on the outside remote opener that stopped working. Precision tech showed up and figured out is was a programing issue and took care of it in 5 minutes-no charge. Showed early and had it fixed in 5 min.-no charge! Great service and fast and friendly.
