Just got an issue with my garage door fixed. Dakota, the technician, was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He immediately identified the issue and quickly made the necessary fixes. The bill was significantly higher than I had anticipated, but it was a critical part of the door, and this fix should hopefully last me for a number of years. You get what you pay for is an adage that is perhaps true in this case. Good service and peace of mind. I am a repeat customer, by the way, and I am quite likely to stick with them in the future as well.

Very responsive company. Service Technician Barry was on time, very polite and knowledgeable. He identified the problem as soon as the door was opened, adjusted the sensors and fixed the problem in a couple of minutes. He did not even need to prepare an estimate because it was fixed immediately - excellent work. HOWEVER, the reason for the low rating is based on the fee I was charged. His manager said I was to be charged $195 for the visit. Barry called to see if the price could be reduced or waived. Sean said he could reduce the charge to $100 for 5 minutes of work with no parts. While I appreciate the knowledge and quality of service, plus travel costs to come to my home, I think this is too expensive and discourages repeat customers. I would not recommend to my friends unless their door/opener has really serious issues. The website also advertises senior discounts but there are none. I was a repeat customer, but now I'm hesitant to call for any future work because of the expense.

Our service technicians will often assist our customers with identifying which active promotion or discount will be of the greatest benefit to utilize since they cannot be combined. In this particular instance, the $95 discount Shawn authorized was greater than the senior citizen discount which would have otherwise been available to you. We will look to this experience as a teaching opportunity for us to improve our communication with our customers and to review our pricing in order to see if there is any additional room for improvement. Keith the technician was very knowledgeable, and prompt. We have a garage on the property that would open at random. He explained the issues with the garage and suggested a solution. He emailed an estimate of repairs within and hour after he left the property. We will be contacting you again in the near future to follow through with his suggestion.

First - I called to set up an appointment on the 4th of July and as the website indicated - they were taking apopintments! Second - I received a service window for 3 days later of 12-4PM. Third - Barry telephoned at 12:30 and said he;d be there in 20 minutes Fourth - Barry appeared exactly 20 minutes later. Just for these four reasons, this company gets 5 stars! But then I was totally impressed with Barry's knowledge of garage door systems and patience in explaining how everything works so I could make an intelligent decision of the next steps. Barry replaced the broken master link on the belt drive, re-balanced the main spring, lubricated all necessary parts and did a quick overhaul on the master unit to make sure everything was operating properly - all in under 30 minutes. Bary impressed me with his professionalism and sense you could trust him. I recommend this company and Barry with absolutely no reservations - you'll wish there were other companies that operated like this - thanks! Joe
