We called Precision on a Friday after one of our garage door springs broke. They were able to schedule us an appointment for Sunday morning. Our technician, Austin, called ahead of time to confirm and showed up right at the beginning of our allotted time. Austin was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us a few recommendations and also some quotes with a few different options for our repair. We decided to replace the springs and the motor, as our system was very old. The price was fair and we were able to split the cost over three payments. Austin was very thorough with his installation and completed everything within a few hours. He clearly explained how the new system worked and how to maintain it. Overall, Austin was great, and he completed the work competently and efficiently while neatly cleaning his work area after he was done. We are very happy with our new garage door system, and I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism that Precision provided. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs you have.

We contacted your company to have our garage door weatherproof. However, once the tech arrived we realized that additional work was required. After we got over the sticker shock realizing that everything is more expensive we decided to get the job done now. Our tech, Tito was very patient with us in explaining what needed to be done and extremely diligent in completing the task. We were very satisfied with his work and the end result. I would recommend this company especially if Tito is your tech.

I tried to fix one of my garage openers . The gear that I repaired wasn’t the problem it was an internal operation failure. I called precision door . They sent somebody out that day. He was a great technician. Very courteous and knowledgeable. I ended up replacing both door operators. The technician is the reason I am writing this very positive review . This was my first experience with this company. It won’t be the last.

My experience was excellent! I called early in the morning and was scheduled for service the same day. Marcus was the technician who came out and he was very friendly and professional. Marcus explained everything about the repairs that were needed which included dual springs to replace the single spring, sealed rollers, a bracket and some smaller components. His work was thorough down to the smallest detail and he ensured that the door worked perfectly before he left. From my initial call to the completion of my repair, there were no issues. Great job!

Brian was our technician for two repairs: once for a broken spring and once for a damaged panel structure. He was fantastic both times. He called ahead of time, arrived within the window, worked quickly and professionally, and explained everything he was doing. I was glad I used Precision the first time, and I am glad that I used them the second time as well. I hope I never need to, but I will absolutely use them again if necessary.
