I had some issues with my garage door, with the springs and the door coming off track. I called Precision in the morning and Tito the technician arrived a earlier than the scheduled time. He did a very thorough job explaining the issue of the door, and replaced the parts that were solid and better made than what was on the door. Tito double and tripled checked the door to make sure everything was in proper order before completing the job. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors and Tito was the best!

Almost asked tech, Elijah B, to leave as I felt mislead by the phone operator on estimate to replace springs (- 1 star), Elijah did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done (& what I could get by doing). Once he calmed me down and professionally explained the good, better, best recommendations, I went with the best. He saved the sale/repair (max stars). Phone reps should be trained better and be more honest/forthcoming.

This morning (02/20/23) my wife heard a big bang upon closure of the driveway as we drove away. Upon return I tried to open the Garage door to see if something heavy fell in the Garage. That's when we found we could not open the door from the outside or the inside. I called over a friend to inspect. He suspected the door spring had broken. Upon inspection he confirmed the same and asked that I call a professional to repair it as it required specialty work. That's when I googled and called Precision Garage Door Sevice at 2408355130. Call was picked up promptly by Ms. Molly who scheduled a Technician named Derrick to repair our door between 1-5 PM with a call back from the Technician within 15 minutes. Derrick came over at 1:50 PM with a call at 1:37 PM. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and professional. He performed a 25 point inspection and provided me with 3 options for repair. I went with the "Best" option. He replaced the single spring with 2 springs, replaced the plastic wheels with Neoprene wheels, replaced the frailed cable, replaced some broken hinges and reinforced the door. He had the job done within an hour. It cost us $1,153.28 with a 3-Year warranty. He asked me to lubricate the springs generously with my WD40 and the hinges and bearings with a WD40 White Lithium Grease every 3-6 months or when the bearings get noisy. He left a can of a silicone grease for me to use on the bearings and hinges. All told I was more than satisfied with the work of Derrick. I recommend his and his Company's service.

Excellent experience! Tech gave me a heads up before arrival, was polite and knowledgeable (all around great guy!). Didn’t just repair what was broken, inspected all aspects of the door. Made recommendations (and explained why, but wasn’t trying to “PUSH” an up sell!) Made necessary repairs, but also made adjustments to ensure proper operation and showed me what to do for maintenance to prevent further/future failures. I could not be more pleased. The receptionist who answered my call was courteous and knowledgeable; and we scheduled the service call for the next day. I was assigned a technician (Rick G) for next day service. He arrived on time, immediately assessed what needed to be fixed (ceiling attachment support fixture had broken), and found a couple of additional broken hinges that had broken as well which I had not noticed. All repairs were done on the spot. The service bill was actually a little less than I had expected. This is perhaps the most positive service call I have ever had for any repair in 50 years of being a home owner!!

When our garage door stopped working (both springs had broken), I needed help fast. Found Precision through an online search and said "well... I'll just have to go with it. I need this fixed ASAP!". I could not have been more pleased. The entire experience was outstanding. The young lady assisting me on the scheduling call was courteous and answered every question I had. I was able to get a technician to come to my house in less than 24 hours. As soon as I hung up the phone on the scheduling call, I received an e-mail indicating that Anthony H would be the technician coming. The e-mail even included a link to his profile page and reviews from other customers. Anthony was early to the appointment, yet still called me when he was 15 minutes away to ensure that it was OK. He was extremely pleasant and explained everything with great detail, showing me where the problem was, and what needed to be changed.
