Our garage door had not been serviced since it was installed about 7 years ago. Logan Anderson came in and explained to me that the door was in excellent shape and was able to answer some concerns I had as far as the noise and the auto reversing that was happening occasionally. He showed me how the rollers were wearing out and how the support connecting to the opener would eventually damage the top door panel. He replaced the necessary parts and the door works better than the day it was installed. This will prolong the life of the door opener and the door itself. I am very satisfied with Logan's knowledge and professionalism.

After panicking when I hit the garage door from the inside on a Friday night, precision door was available at the time I needed them! I was even able to schedule an appointment before the weekend was over! Daray was absolutely wonderful, he explained everything with a lot of detail, and you could really tell he knew what he was doing.
