After panicking when I hit the garage door from the inside on a Friday night, precision door was available at the time I needed them! I was even able to schedule an appointment before the weekend was over! Daray was absolutely wonderful, he explained everything with a lot of detail, and you could really tell he knew what he was doing. Overall an awesome experience, and we will definitely call again if we run into an issue in the future!

Technician was very professional; providing a list of all items that could be replaced to make everything close to new condition and then indicated what items needed to be replaced on each door to fix the problems I was experiencing and make the doors operate quietly and easily again. Gave me the options and price for each and I chose how much I wanted to do and pay based on his recommendations.

Only one complaint, wife's car stuck in garage a whole day. The door would not come up. Ad says same day service but I got scheduled for the next day. other than that the tech, Nick, was patient and professional, got the door up before he started repairs so my wife could get her car out for her scheduled shopping plans with her sister and grand-daughter. He replaced not only what was broken but other hardware that needed attention as well. Will definitely use them again!! Will also recommend their services to others...
