Scott was great to work with--friendly and timely, and he took the time to go over what needed repaired and why, explaining the system overall, and making recommendations on minimum repair, along with offering options for beneficial repair to extend the life of our door. He replaced the spring and cable system, along with adding a strut to repair a crack. He arrived right on time, got right to work and finished quickly, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

Unbelievably professional!! Scott was great in explaining every detail and the work performed. He talked in "normal" language that I could understand. He completed the work fast, explained the new parts to me and showed me how to perform basic maintenance on the garage door itself. Reasonably priced and quick service!!! I will recommend Scott and Precision Door to anyone that would listen.

My experience was fabulous. I called at 9 AM the technician showed at my house and called me to come earlier than planned which was perfect for me. I honestly knew both my garage doors needed new openers they were installed very quickly and I was quiet as possible. The technician was Very polite and friendly half the time he was here I didn’t even know he was in the garage. I’m very happy with the results and the upgrade to my home.

I called another company and they said they couldn't do my repair for two weeks. I then called Precision and they got me an appointment that afternoon. The service tech, Scott Fowler, called earlier than my appointment was scheduled and arrived within 10 minutes. Scott was attentive to my explanation of the problem and QUICKLY had a solution. He is very knowledgeable. Scott went to work and had my problem fixed in no time. After, Scott was kind enough to discuss future options with me for repairing/replacing my garage doors. I am VERY pleased with the work preformed by Precision. I highly recommend them for any garage door service , repair or installation.

Warning, these guys ripped me off bad! After feeling like they overcharged me, I reached out to two separate companies to get estimates on the work Precision performed. Both estimates, for the exact same work and parts, were about half the amount Precision charged me. Do not use these guys, call a local company, you will get a much better price. What’s even worse is that they weren’t able to completely fix the problem I had. I didn’t want to use them after learning this, but would’ve had to pay $70 just to turn them away after they were already at my house. After being drastically overcharged by Precision, I had to order a part online and call a different company (Senke CNY Garage Door) to install and finish the job. I highly recommend using Senke, they’ll provide quality service at a fair price, unlike Precision. I would give zero stars if possible.

We called Precision because our garage door broke on a Saturday and they are one of the only companies locally that answers the phone 24/7. Because of covid-19 they were short staffed, but Mike, who was actually the General Manager, was able to come first thing on Monday. He was professional, conscientious about social distancing, and repaired, balanced, and lubricated the door in less than an hour. He also offered good advice, suggested a better replacement cable, told us what to watch out for in the future, and overall was professional and friendly. Absolutely would recommend Precision to anyone. Thank you!

Tech knew what he was doing, and did a fast job. Everything fixed. There was the obligatory attempt to sell up to more than I really needed, but the pressure was light. All in all a good job, done fast and on time. Only complaint is the cost was probably a bit on on high side.

Mike did a good job, performed service and tuned up the doors and spentt time explaining issues with many doors and ppossible future issues, however, we will see when the cold weather comes back whether it fixed our problem.
