Called on a Saturday evening and received service early on Monday & both arrived and completed repair within the 2 hour time window identified up front. I used a different service to recommend someone and they sent four suggestions of people that did construction, kitchen remodeling, windows, and the such, but nothing about garage doors. So I did a search myself and found you guys and the site sounded like you were experts. Scott Fowler came out and worked primarily with my wife as I am just home from lung cancer surgery. He clearly explained everything and showed her what was wrong and she was very confident she was not being scammed. Here is what was needed and we authorized: 7' 1/8"7x7 Galvanized TORSION CABLES ; 2 FREEWAY END BEARING PLATE LEFT HAND; 3 FREEWAY END BEARING PLATE RIGHT HAND; 4 RIGHT HAND BOTTOM BRACKET(BB100); 5 LEFT HAND BOTTOM BRACKET(BB100) 6 4"Standard Nylon Roller 10 Scott was friendly, efficient and seemed extremely trustworthy. He explained everything and we are confident this repair will last us a very long time and our less than two year old top of the line opener will once again function as designed and we won't have to constantly open or close by hand and reconnect. My wife says it is much quieter and the peace of mind will be worth the cost.
