Precision Overhead Garage door has been amazing. Anthony F just spent 2 hours fixing my garage door. He tweaked the door for over an hour to get it to seal on the bottom and make sure it had taught cables and was balanced. This repair was covered under warranty b/c I had Precision do the previous repair and used the parts with the best warranty. Yes it was more upfront but it just paid for itself.

I had a broken spring and other damaged hardware on our 16' double garage door. I found you via the internet and I selected you because of the reviews that you received. I found Anthony to be very thorough, professional and friendly. He is meticulous and leaves a very finished product behind. I was very pleased with the work that he did and we had him provide us with a garage door rebuild. I hope that I don't need to call precision back but if I do I know they will do an excellent job.

I called one company, but they couldn't come to check my garage door for 10 days! I then called Precision. It took a couple of minutes to answer my call, but after that I was pleased to be informed that someone could come the same day. By text I learned what time the tech would arrive with his name and photo. Logan was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, worked quickly, and had my spring replaced and opener reprogrammed in 1.5 hours. I will use them again if needed. I recommend this company.

One of the springs broke on our double garage door. I called around 8:00AM and a tech, Josh, was scheduled the same day. He arrived around 11:30. He inspected the door and gave me 2 repair options. I chose to have the rollers, springs, drums and the bottom seal replaced. He made the repairs and our garage door and it works great!! The door is much more quiet. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

Called a company that I’ve used before and they couldn’t come for 2 weeks, tried Precision and they came the next day. Replaced the cables and also went through the entire system and recommended things that would need to be addressed in the future. The teck Scott was outstanding in the quality of work and explained everything that needed to be done. Also explained why they use quality parts that are made to last longer. I’m a do it yourself person but trust me have Precision solve your problems, spend a little more you’ll be much happier. Garage doors can be tricky..

Had two cables and bit of track replaced on each side which was done fine. Was not happy with how the motion sensors were put back on (used electrical tape which came loose.) A bit pricey too.
