Unexpected superior service! "Joe" was timely, courteous, knowledgeable and, most of all, candid and direct in his answers to all of my questions and concerns. He quickly diagnosed the problem and rendered a solution. The following day, after experiencing a repeat of the problem, I contacted the office. "Joe" returned the next day and found a new problem correctable in under five minutes. He also checked my two remote buttons and provided me with a replacement for one of the 24 year old items. There was no charge for the return visit and his warm smile relieved my feelings of foolishness and concern over the matter. A truly professional technician I will have no reservations referring to others! Thank-you, Precision!
