(Other places I called couldn't get someone there for several days.) Kurt was great to work with. He isolated the problem, explained the issues clearly, checked to see if anything else needed attention, and gave me several options and what each would cost. He was courteous and answered my questions. He brought a mask with him (for COVID-19). I especially appreciated that once he figured out the problem, he assured me he would be able to get the garage door fixed before leaving. I would do business with this company again, and with Kurt.

Precision sent one single guy out to move a #300 door with a broken spring. I waited two days with a trapped car, bike, lawn mower, only to find inadequate staff to help. I called scheduler back when he left, and they just put me back on hold. If you are in Madison, I recommend using a local smaller company. This one is in over their head
