One of the springs broke on our garage door on late Friday afternoon. I called Precision and they set up an appointment for Saturday between 4-6 pm. Antonio called around 3:30m and said he was on his way. He looked at our door and gave me several options. I chose to have all moving parts replaced. He did the work in a few hours and was neat and personable. A real pleasure to work with! My garage door is sooooo quiet now. Thank you!

Very impressed with my service call today! My garage door opener belt broke at 9:30 this morning. I looked for a local repair service on Liftmaster.com and found Precision Overhead Door Service. I called the number, explained my broken belt was on a LiftMaster Model 3280M and asked for a service technician to be sent out. They indicated a technician was in my area and could be at my home at 12:00 noon. I accepted the appointment & was very happy with the repair and the overall speed at getting my door fixed. The technician, Antonio, did additional tightening of my springs and oiling of my door rollers. My door is working great after the repair!

My neighbor recently had a garage door issue so I contacted them for the company they used. I was so impressed with both technicians. Jonathan came on Monday, to fix our garage door problems. He was super nice, cordial and helpful. He explained the problem and corrected it! We asked about installing a key pad and he was ready to assist us but he didn’t have one in his truck. He called me to make an appointment for Tuesday. I had to reschedule due to a drs appointment. A new appointment was scheduled for Wednesday. Today, Antonio called to see if he could install our keypad earlier today, because he was already in our neighborhood. Our appointment was from 2:00 to 4:00! We said please come on over we are here. Antonio was super , super nice, friendly ,and introduced himself. He immediately made a connection with my husband and me. He checked our door, tightened the belt, explained the importance of oiling parts, pointed to each part that needed the oil and the time frame of repeating the process. on our garage door. He asked where we would like our key pad installed, checked and double checked the door’s ability to work properly! He had us sign the iPad explaining everything and having us agree to the work to be completed. He also, had us test the key pad , test the remotes and answer any questions, we had! He was an exceptional guy!!! He was so polite and has a great rapport with his customers! We would love to rate his overall performance with the number 10!!! Ten being awesome!!! Thanks for sending Antonio to service our garage door! We will be spreading the word to all of our neighbors about the great service we received from Precision Door !!! Came the same day we called. Fixed the problem and gave us tips for preventive maintenance. Offered to do it for a fed but gave us instructions on how to do it ourselves. We opted for him to handle it for us. Very nice and courteous. Not the first time we’ve used them. Won’t be the last!!!

I put one star because it was required that I did so, otherwise there wouldn't be any star on this rating. I cancelled my order of three rollup doors for our storage facility. The representative that measured the doors couldn't give me any clear options of doors to choose from. Thus, I asked him to match ones I had ordered from Precision years before. Several days later when I had to call to find out what was happening with my order and get a delivery schedule, I then found out that the doors he sold me took at least 8 weeks and are hard to get. No one from sales ever offered to show me what products they had available and times of delivery so that I could make an informed decision and purchase three doors. The lack of professionalism in customer service and obvious lack of viable product available from Precision Door made me cancel my order. Even then no one followed up questioning why I had abruptly pulled my order. It would have been good to know ahead of time that storage doors are not part of your products or service. I am truly baffled how you stay in business.
