The garage door spring broke this morning. I was on the telephone at 9:30 to get information to replace the chain drive with a belt drive. Tim arrived at 10:00 and was complete with the work at 11:30! The 1/2 HP motor was replaced with a 1 HP Genie motor, belt drive and new springs. Tim was very professional, had outstanding knowledge of the product, answered every question thoroughly and programmed remotes and openers. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend Precision.

He replaced and set up all controls very efficiently with great instructions. Now our garage door openers are matching (they installed the other one a year ago). Great service!

My garage door wouldn't open. I reviewed companies available and chose Precision because they had good reviews. Your response was immediate and a service call was scheduled for the same day. Serviceman called to say he had finished his earlier call and could come right away if that was okay. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it and began repair immediaely after I agreed to it. The repair was expensive but the door opens and closes silently now. I would not hesitate to use Precision again or to recommend it to others. Thank You!

They stand behind their product and warranty. After replacing the garage door spring in the Fall, they came back out (standing behind their warranty) and adjusted the garage door opener when it failed to properly close. Service free waived, covered under warranty. Polite and professional.
