PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF JACKSONVILLE

I'm a recurring customer of Precision and have always had superior service from them. I recently had the door bracket that the opener is attached to fail rendering the door unusable. I called then for service hoping to at least get some help within a day or so. Their response was immediate and the technician, Nate Lewis, was at my home in less than an hour. He was the consummate professional and a very pleasant person to deal with. He had the prtoblem solved and r epaired in less than an hour. I highly recommend Precision for all matters related to garage doors!

They are up front on their services and prices, the technician provided information on the installation, preventive maintenance, operation of the remote, key pad and panel. He also pointed out similar problem areas that would eventually need repair or a new garage door in the end. He told me that fixing the pending problems would temporarily solve what ultimately is going to require a new door and gave me estimates as to the price of a new door. There was no pressure to buy a new door he was just being thorough.
