Precision originally installed my door in 2009. I received same day service. My tech, Walter, did a fantastic job working in a very tight space and was very patient. He was also very conscientious. After the repair, he left and a few minutes later returned stating that he couldn't positively remember if he'd tightened a bolt. He reinspected his work to make sure everything was solid.

Back in 2004 we had Springs,Cable,Rollers & Bearings replaced on our Garage Door which came with a Lifetime Limited Warranty. Well yesterday we noticed one of the Springs was broken so I called Precision & explained the problem while holding the Receipt from 2004 in hand. The young lady tried to find us in their computer system but unfortunately it did not go back to 2004 which is 19 years ago so I was asked to take a picture of my Invoice & text it to her & she said Yes you do have a Lifetime Warranty & we can send a technician tomorrow between 12:00pm & 2:00pm you will have pay a flat fee of $69.50 for Service Call. The technician called and was able to come earlier than noon his name was Michael and was very professional and very well spoken he went right to work and replaced both Springs and explained everything along the way and checked everything. My husband and I were ecstatic and would highly recommend precision to anyone! They are an Amazing Company!!!

A technician came out the day we called (understand that is not always possible) and even earlier than scheduled. He stopped the terrible noise we had when operating the door. He gave us further options and estimates but did not try to pressure us into buying anything. The receptionist who answered our initial call told us front about service charges, and that price was very reasonable.

Awesome experience with Precision Overhead Door. Highly recommend this company. I had garage door problems and called American Garage door. I made an appointment and after waiting all day with a no show, I called them and they told me they didn’t have a tech in the area. They recommended I call a different company for service. I called Precision and received real professional help. Easy appointment booking over the phone. The Technician (Walter) showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. Before calling I had people tell me they may be a little higher than some of the other company’s but well worth it. They were so right, worth it.
