I'm happy with the friendliness and timeliness of the person I spoke with when scheduling as well as the person who installed the garage door opener. I called and he came out the same day and it was installed within two hours. However, I was quoted a different price. The person on the phone told me the price of the unit itself and when I asked if that price covered the installation as well, she confirmed yes, it did. That was not the case. I was still happy to pay for what the installation cost, but definitely want to make sure you aren't lying to your customers when talking price. I would use this service again.

Punctual, polite and efficient. I asked for an 8:00 am appointment to replace a broken torsion spring that was preventing our garage door from opening. Precision’s technician called me at 7:30 am to let me know he was in route. He arrived at 8:00 am as scheduled, assessed the door, provided a quote for the cost of the repair which I accepted, replaced both torsion springs, lubricated the door, tested the door and departed at 9:00 am. That is 5 star AAA+ service.

I couldn't be happier with this experience. Our garage opener stopped working on a Friday evening and wasn't able to call until Saturday afternoon. Two hours later, and with no extra weekend rate, I had a super friendly and knowledgeable technician named Wes at my door. He was even an hour early for his scheduled time slot. He made a major repair in only 45 minutes, cleaned up afterward, and even offered to help with programming the opener in my car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
