My garage door wouldn’t open so I called Precision Door. They were very responsive and set me up with a quick appointment. Bryce S came and got the door opened. I knew the door opener was on its “last leg”. Bryce shot me a quote that was too good to pass up and he quickly installed a new one on the spot! And he’s not only a competent technician, but also personable and articulate! He told me what he was going to do, then did it, and then walked me through the features of the new opener! I highly recommend them. They exceeded expectations from start to finish!

Our Garage door would not automatically stay down after trying to close numerous times. Called Precision Garage door repair after checking star ratings as well as same day service promised. Bryce Strumpfer showed up right on time as promised. He assessed the situation and completed a much needed tuneup, including swapping out old rollers for new ones. Quick, professional service! My garage door spring broke at 8:30 at night. Kyle Muyskens, the technician, was here the very next morning. He did a thorough inspection, walked me through everything he found, and repaired the springs as well as other failing parts. His friendly and helpful explanations helped me completely understand what was going on. I highly recommend this company!

My door opener broke on Sunday night (the bottom of the door had frozen to the ground, and it tore the top off the drive). I waited until Monday morning to research someone to come out and help. As advertised, a person answered my call, and scheduled a technician to come out 4-6pm (as that was my earliest availability, they could have gotten someone out sooner). My tech gave me a call around 3:45 to let me know he was about 20 minutes out, and he got there just after 4pm. He looked at my door and opener, made some calls, and presented a LOT of options for simple to thorough door repairs, as well as cheaper to more expensive options for a new opener. Since they were there and both our openers were the same age, I opted to replace both openers in our 3 car garage (under zero sales pressure). He called in a second guy to help, and they were completely finished by 6:45pm. I would 100% recommend Precision for any garage door/opener work you need to have done.

The best service ever! They don't charge extra for weekends! My daughter's garage door spring broke Saturday night. Called them Sunday morning, they showed up Sunday at noon on time and fixed the door in an hour or so. The technician was awesome!
