Bryce was very prompt to assist with our problem. Upon hearing how the door had malfunctioned he quickly made adjustments to the tension and the keypad and had it working in less than 5 minutes. My opener stopped working mid-lift and my daughter backed into the door. Of course, this happened on a Sunday. But I remembered the commercials saying Precision doesn't charge to come out and take a look (even on weekends) so I called them. They came right out, assessed the situation, made sure I got my car out, got the door closed, and gave me immediate quotes and time frames for work. I was pleasantly surprised when they called and said the new door was in after just 2 or 3 weeks, when the original time frame was 15 to 20 weeks! They were able to put me on the schedule within about 10 days and I got a new door, track, opener, etc. within a couple hours that day. Communication was great and products seem like nice quality. I would definitely recommend Precision to friends and family! Thank you!

Great job 3 hours to take down my old door, heavy full wood double door with hidden hinge screws, the rails, my old opener, install new opener, new door, and all the hardware that goes with it! They took all my old stuff away so no cleanup for me, Thanks.

I called Precision Door after seeing ads on TV and sensing this was a quality company that took pride in customer service. I called with a simple problem of a remote that would continuously malfunction. I wanted to put in a more dependable remote so I decided to give Precision a try. I am so glad I did! The technician, Ryan Swift, visited with me about actually installing a new updated system given my old one was pretty cheap and probably close to the end of its usefulness. I agreed to go with Ryan's suggestion and was astonished that he was able to put it in while on this same service call! What an incredible employee Ryan is! Within an hour and a half he had everything swapped out and installed and what a huge difference in quality and efficiency. Ryan was meticulous and very attentive to detail and doing the job right! He is the epitome of customer service. He was not pushy trying to sell me on a new system, but considerate of what I felt was best for me and my budget. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any garage door repairs you need. Like their ad says, Precision Door, a name you can trust!" And you can...totally! Thanks for taking care of my needs so quickly and professionally. I am a very satisfied customer.

I was concerned about the noise my garage door made when opening oor closing plus the noise. Part of the rubber strip on the bottom of the door has come loose from the door. I was schduled for 10/14/21 but got a call offering service on 10/13/21. THe tech was very courteous and took time to explain why my door opened and closed so slowly, it was a flaw the way my particular opener worked and unfixable. He reattached the loose piece. I am very happy with the service, explainations and if i ever need to replace my garage opener, I'll call Precision Garage!

I needed help with my garage opener and I called and the two service guys where very good at what they do. They put a new opener on new springs remotes keypad wall buttons. My garage door was shaking extremely hard when being opened. I called Precision and they came out immediately, diagnosed the problem and came back out the same day to install new trim around the garage door. Not only did that fix the problem but the new trim looks so much better than the builder grade trim that was originally there.

Discovered that one of two steel straps from opener where it attaches to garage door had broken in half. I called Precision at 4pm in the afternoon requesting a repair of the situation. A technician was at my door the next morning at 8 am. He was upbeat and very professional. He assessed the problem and fixed it in about 15 min. He inspected the door hinges, cables and rails for damage, lubricated the rollers, etc. I was informed and shown that the cables were partially rusted thru and given the opportunity to replace them. The door opener was adjusted to ensure the garage door opened and closed properly. Therefore, Precision is a 5 star company.
