Discovered that one of two steel straps from opener where it attaches to garage door had broken in half. I called Precision at 4pm in the afternoon requesting a repair of the situation. A technician was at my door the next morning at 8 am. He was upbeat and very professional. He assessed the problem and fixed it in about 15 min. He inspected the door hinges, cables and rails for damage, lubricated the rollers, etc. I was informed and shown that the cables were partially rusted thru and given the opportunity to replace them. The door opener was adjusted to ensure the garage door opened and closed properly. Therefore, Precision is a 5 star company.

Your TV ads make you sound very approachable and you are! Great experience from scheduling to estimating and installing. So refreshing to have a contractor do what they say they'll do, when they say they'll do it and do it well. Installation took about two hours and the crew cleaned up well after themselves. When everyone is as busy as they are, it was so nice that this whole process was EASY.

8 am this morning while opening garage door the spring broke. Big Bang. Cannot even manually lift it to get car out. Precision Door was here at 930. Door was good to go at 11. Excellent service by the two technicians.

Our Garage door locked up and we called Precision Door Service at 2pm worried we would have to leave door open all night! Ryan Swift and his other technician showed up at 430pm and went to work replacing broken springs. They had new springs installed and oiled up door and were gone in an hour! I highly recommend these folks, quick response, quality work and real gentlemen!

I couldn't ask for more. My garage door spring was broke and bar was bent. The service guys came and replaced it all as well as other worn parts. They were respectful and courteous. I came home from work at 4:49 to find a broken spring on my garage door. After calling a couple other spots that didn't bother to answer a phone call I received a pleasant answer to my call from Precision. To my surprise they were able to get a tech out with in the hour. Once the tech arrived he did a great job explaining my options. Bryce was super personable and had my door up and running again in no time. I could not recommend Precision any higher. Cheers.

Our installer was great, very punctual, called on his way.
