We requested a technician to come for a routine check (or so we thought!) and one of our springs broke on the spot!. Kyle, the tech on site was absolutely awesome and professional. He explained our options and once we agreed on a plan, he fixed our garage door on the spot. He did an amazing job and we are absolutely satisfied with his customer service skills, knowledge, expertise and work ethic. They have a brand new service where you can apply for interest free financing from your phone that is enormously convenient. I highly recommend Precision door!!!

My garage door didn't seem stable after repair work was done in May, 2023. I called Precision Door Service since they performed the service in May. Bryce and Jake, two managers, came out to talk to me and review the work. Both were very professional. They then assigned a tech (Sam Campbell) to come out, same day, and do some additional work for no charge. All three representatives were top notch and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Precision Door Service provides 100% Customer Satisfaction and they sure did!

I had them out a year ago to replace the door spring. When the door stop working this time, I called again and they scheduled an appointment within a day of my call. The door motor needed replacement this time. The serviceman was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and completed the work as was discussed. He explained what was done and all was acceptable. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision.

I called with a broken spring on a holiday weekend not sure when they would be able to get out to help me. I was very happy to hear that a technician would be calling me within the next two hours. He came, was very polite and friendly, explained everything to me, answered my questions and even fixed a pucker on the bottom of the door that had nothing to do with the spring. They were able to come out right away to fix my garage door. Technician came when promised and was courteous and efficient. I appreciated that I received a text with photo of the tech letting me know he was on the way. Also received a call from tech letting me know. Inspected, went over issues with me and gave me a quote with options. He immediately went about making the repair and it works great! I don't remember the door operating so smoothly and quitely before!

My garage door was not opening smoothly, and out of concern, I called Precision. My tech, Jordan, inspected the door and informed me of the problems. I gave permission, and Jordan installed the new springs, cables and drums. The door was also lubricated and now runs real smooth. From my call to Precsion to Jordan, everything was done professionally and effeciently. Great job!

Our garage door acted up on a Saturday. We called Precision Garage Door about 10:30 in the morning and a technician came out before noon. He found the problem, explained what needed to be done and the cost and had everything finished before 1:00! He was very helpful and made sure we were satisfied and that everything worked and our garage door openers were connected before he left. We will call again if we have any other problems.
