I called with a broken spring on a holiday weekend not sure when they would be able to get out to help me. I was very happy to hear that a technician would be calling me within the next two hours. He came, was very polite and friendly, explained everything to me, answered my questions and even fixed a pucker on the bottom of the door that had nothing to do with the spring. I will recommend you to everybody who tells me they are having garage door troubles. Thank you!

They were able to come out right away to fix my garage door. Technician came when promised and was courteous and efficient. I appreciated that I received a text with photo of the tech letting me know he was on the way. Also received a call from tech letting me know. Inspected, went over issues with me and gave me a quote with options. He immediately went about making the repair and it works great! I don't remember the door operating so smoothly and quitely before!

My garage door was not opening smoothly, and out of concern, I called Precision. My tech, Jordan, inspected the door and informed me of the problems. I gave permission, and Jordan installed the new springs, cables and drums. The door was also lubricated and now runs real smooth. From my call to Precsion to Jordan, everything was done professionally and effeciently. Great job!

Our garage door acted up on a Saturday. We called Precision Garage Door about 10:30 in the morning and a technician came out before noon. He found the problem, explained what needed to be done and the cost and had everything finished before 1:00! He was very helpful and made sure we were satisfied and that everything worked and our garage door openers were connected before he left. We will call again if we have any other problems.

I had an unexpected issue with my garage door on a Saturday morning and was not able to close it. So I needed someone right away. I was surprised to find a company that did not charge extra for Saturday service. I had some at my house in about 90 mins. He was right on time and professional and friendly. Explained all my options very well. I will continue to use prescision for my future garage door needs.

When I contacted your company I was given a rough estimate for repair of the cables. It amounted to around $135. Your repairman gave me a quote of $400. $100 of that was just to lower the door to the ground. That's ridiculous. I can't recommend your company due to these shady practices. I was also told that I would have to pay a $40 estimate fee if I didn't accept the bid. The technician also said your competition would charge me a $300 estimate fee if I didn't go with their bid. So no, I won't be recommending your company.
