Service was fantastic, called that morning about my broken spring and a technician was out to my house and fixed before noon that same day. Ryan, the technician, was awesome. He explained every issue he found with the initial inspection and talked me through the options for replacement. Kyle Muyskens was our technician. He was a very positive, professional individual and assessed and repaired our door within an hour. Precision Doors provided excellent service. Our door suddenly went off the tracks at 7:00 pm. An hour later I called and because of their extended hours, was able to get an appointment the next day. My door was fully functional by 5:00 pm and just before a massive snowstorm was arriving.
