Kyle was very professional. Came on Sunday morning. Arrived within an hour of me placing the call. He was very thorough going through what he found. The motor was shot and I replaced the opener and keypad. The new opener is super quiet and runs smooth. Kyle was prompt, only took a little over an hour and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality service! I highly recommend Precision and Kyle!

Very pleased with today's service call. The repair technician, Kyle M., arrived as scheduled by the scheduler. Kyle assessed the problem as well as did a complete evaluation of our garage door. He wrote up an estimate what he found and suggested what options I had to solve the current problem as well as possible future problems. Kyle answered all my questions in a professional manner without hesitation. Overall I was pleased with the work performed. I would recommend this company for your garage door repairs.

Garage door springs were broken. Got appointment for next day between 8 and 10 am. Technician called later that day and said they finished a job early and had time to come that afternoon instead of waiting for next day appointment. They were very professional and let me know exactly what happened and what they were going to do to fix problem. Took only about 45 minutes. Great technicians and extra happy to get work done early.

Precision Door provided fast same day service. Their technician Ryan Swift did an excellent job not only making the needed repairs, but prior to doing so he explained to me in basic terms what needed to be done and what the cost would be. My final bill was exactly what he said it would be, and my garage door is like new now. I would recommend Precision Door Service and their technician Ryan to anyone needing garage door service of any kind. They will be who I call when it comes time to replace my 20 year old garage door opener.

We really enjoyed working with Blake. He was able to fix our garage door and give us information we needed to decide on a new opener, if that’s what we decide. He was very personable, smart and patient. We have used this company three times between two households since 2008 and we have always had very good service. We appreciate them being available seven days a week. When we decide which garage door opener we would like to get, we’re definitely going to request that Blake does the install!

I called Precision after our garage door stopped working at 1:00 on a Sunday (broken spring, several rusted parts). They had a technician out, diagnosed the problem(s), went through options with me, and finished the repairs within 2-3 hours of my phone call. Kyle was outstanding; he made sure we understood everything and went through several options for repairs. Super friendly as well. Would definitely recommend!

Bryce and another man arrived within the time window I was given. He called ahead and I repeated specific directions. He quickly assessed the problem and gave me 4 options regarding repair. Since I rent I chose the repair that would work well until something else went wrong, at which point I'll ask the owners to pay for it all. Bryce and his helper were both very friendly, clean, and explained everything to me before starting work. While the work was not inexpensive for the time involved and no parts, it was fair and the door sounds better than it has in months. The other options for repair seemed expensive to me, but I am not familiar with garage door repairs. Next time there is a problem I'll call the owners and they can decide what to do - at THEIR cost.
