I used the Precision Door Service some years ago when I had problems with the rollers on the door. One of my neighbors, who is also our community maintenance person, recommended Precision. They came out and completed the repair recommending replacement with better rollers for the door. Over the past few weeks the garage door opener was not opening and closing smoothly and then seemed to stop functioning. The technician, Justin, clearly explained what might be causing the problems and proceeded to check these out, resolving the issue by replacing the capacitor. He also replaced the bottom door seal (which I had been trying to fix and replace myself, only to find out from the technician that I had the wrong part, hence my difficulty!) The technician contacted me in advance to advise that he could come by earlier than scheduled and also called 10 minutes prior to arrival. I could not have asked for a more professional or better service! I always like to recommend to my neighbors in the the community the companies that provide great service. My next door neighbor was outside her house when the technician was leaving and she asked for a business card.
