Matt was timely courteous and professional. He explained that bottom panel on 9 x 7 door needs to be replaced, rather than just replacing the seal because of the rust. Suggested that due to Precision not owning the door that I contact company that installed the door and not paying twice for the same repair / replacement. That's the characteristic of an honest technician. Thanks, Matt, for your honesty. Note he did replace the bottom seal on the 16 ft. door and did a quality check before leaving.

My door is easily 20 years old and just broke. I swore it was me. I must have moved the laser beam holder. But it wasn’t. He showed me the spring was in 2 pieces. So he gave me several options. Good. Better and best. Of course replace. I dismissed the replace. I can see the physical door is fine. I bought all the repairs and also had it reinforced. I put in an outdoor keypad as well. I’m happy… so far

Working alone, Brian installed an entire garage door opening system. He did a phenomenal job. (he didn't even need my help) When he was finished, he clearly explained everything about the system. This was my second experience with Precision and I would use them again and recommend them highly. It's also quite amazing how quickly appointments can be made. A spring broke on my door opener so based on recommendations of two neighbors, I called Precision. Very pleasant service rep. The tech team was sent out the same day. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and had all of the material with them. They fixed a broken spring, installed a belt drive opener, replaced the rubber seal on the bottom, and replaced the worn rollers. They were done in about two hours. Precision is certainly the "go to" company for garage door service.

My door springs broke. I called another company I used before several times and they don’t answer their phone. I called Precision got an appointment the next morning. When their tech Doug showed up I had asked questions about options with the spring repair and motor. I felt confident enough to let him replace the springs, motor, rollers to avoid future problems. After adjustments never heard a door this quiet ! Great experience Precision and Doug !
