Easy to make an appointment. Called before showing up and arrived on time. Very professional. Explained everything he was doing. "Tuned up" both garage doors - adjusted the spring tensions, went over the the doors and the garage door openers and lubricated the doors.

Precision had our repair scheduled withing 24 hours of our call. The tech, Mark Basilotto, arrived at the beginning of the scheduled service window. He assessed the door components, and provided us with a quote to get our 5 year old garage door back to excellent working condition which he explained thoroughly. The repairs were completed promptly. Alex Reich called a bit before the appointed window and asked if it would be okay to come early. He showed up promptly. He was professional, courteous, fixed my actual problem and responded to questions on other situation. Without going into more detail, he was exceptionally competent, fixed everything we needed, and I would ask for him again in a heartbeat if we ever need a garge door or opener repair again. The Precision garage door and opener are six years old and this is the first service call we have needed. A very satisfied customer.

Arrived on time and was vary helpful. We needed a broken spring replaced. He pointed out that they both should be replaced at the same time. Also suggested new rollers since the old metal ones had flat spots and the open bearings were full of dirt. Final bill was less than the estimate which made me happy.

The friendly crew with Precision were professional from the initial service call to the installation day. My doors needed more than repairs and I didn’t feel pressured into a upgrading to new doors. I was presented with all the information - including a realistic timeframe of when the new doors would be available. I was pleasantly surprised when the doors arrived earlier than expected and the installation date was set shortly there after. The installer arrived promptly and worked throughout the morning to finish the double door install in one day. After he finished he took the time to help me set up the outside keypad, review the manuals, and explain all other important details. I haven’t bought garage doors before so I don’t have a previous experience to compare to, but, in comparison to other home-improvement related services, Precision did very well.
