Definitely 5 star service! We have used Precision before and have always been pleased. Easy to schedule, thorough and accurate capture/confirmation of customer information, on time arrival and completion of work, plus quality technicians. Victor knowledgeably identified the problem and completed the work in the timeframe he stated. He also cleaned the work area and took away the broken items. We will definitely use Precision again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

We highly recommend the use of this company! We were thrilled that someone answered late on a Friday afternoon. Tim helped us secure an appointment for noon on Monday. He was professional and very friendly. Victor was our technician. He, too, was professional, polite and super efficient. He was able to replace our broken spring, retrieve our car, and let us get on with life!

Great response time. Next day service. The technician, George, was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Fixed the problem by replacing the door opener and performed tune up service on both doors so they are extremely quiet. Would definitely recommend this company.
