The service was great, technician performing the repair was great, My only negative mark was the pricing, I have no problem paying for services rendered, however, When I called in and spoke to Taylor (who answered the phone) I was quoted between $300-$400 dollars, plus a $59.00 service call fee, I even looked up the part number and saw the cost of the spring, When the Technician quoted me over $600.00 dollars, I was blown away!!, he immediately went into downing the original installation of my whole garage door system, saying it's been replaced before due to the parts coming from HomeDepot (that's falsity, my home is 7 years old, they are the original parts from when the home was built), also saying the springs that he is replacing were to weak, etc., etc., He continued to say I should rebuild the entire system for well over $1,000 dollars!! I was quoted on the phone by Taylor that the cost of the springs were $88.00 dollars a piece, I was charged over $200.00 dollars a piece, just for the tech to give me $75.00 off "after he called his boss", in the end the tech was professional, work was performed properly, as far as over charging, definitely will not be using you company again in the future.

Brad Blankenship came out to fix my garage door opener. My car battery was dead and the gear was stuck in park. He did not have access to the opener since we could not move my car. I rescheduled for him to come out a few days later after I fixed my car. Brad was super helpful during the first visit and attempted to help me with the dead battery situation. He knew how frustrated I was and provided several suggestions on how we could get the car in neutral so we could push it out. Unfortunately none of the options were successful. When he came back a second time, he desperately tried to fix my garage door opener, especially knowing I had just dropped money in a new battery. Unfortunately the opener was completely shot and I had to put a new one in. Brad installed the garage door opener very quickly, including the programming of my remote and keypad entry. He explained all the differences between my old and newer opener and answered all my questions regarding warranties. He did this even as he was training a new employee who was working with him. Brad went far and above what any other repair service provider would consider. He was compassionate, funny and extremely congenial. He is no doubt a huge asset to the company and I would recommend Brad and Precision Door to everyone.

We chose Precision because of its rating on the web site. I was impressed with their web site and quick response. They did not let us down. Jonathan Ferreira did an excellent job in a timely manner. He explained the problem with the door in layman’s term as well as all our options. He was very courteous and well mannered. He did as not rushed and took his time explaining things. As far as price there’s nothing cheap nowadays. But you get what you pay for and I feel like we got a real bargain. Thanks to a job well done.
