Very good service. I did have an issue after the fact when my invoice copy was sent that there was a $10 fuel service fee? No mention of this extra fee when I booked the appointment 3 days before, it was just added to the invoice??

Service Tech could not fix my door opener, did not have the limit switch. I was informed that it would take about one month to get the part and an additional $ 120.00 to come back and replace the faulty switch. I could buy a new opener from him for about $ 300.00. I declined paid my service call. I ordered my part from Genie for $12.99 +tax, no shipping and got it in one week. I replaced and adjusted the travel in 10 minutes. I would not ever use this company again. Prior to writing this I contacted the company and got no response.

My neighbor recommended that I give Precision a call when my 1995 original installed garage opener door failed. My neighbor had three quotes for repair on his garage doors and was impressed with the honest approach / estimate process from the Precision technician. I called them on a Monday late morning and they were here Monday afternoon. The opener (new belt driven opener - very quiet) and a few other components were replaced within the next four hours and I'm 100% satisfied at the service and pricing.

On two occasions Precision Garage Door came to fix my door the same day I called. Precision installed both of my doors and belt drive openers. They are great. Smooth and quiet. Great to be able to check the doors with the app on my phone. The repairs were not due to the quality of the door, but due to the quality of the driver that accidentally backed into one.????
