We needed anew garage door opener I looked online read the reviews decided to go with precision.the 2 guys came we discussed our wants in opener and in a 1 hour or so we had a new top of the line opener. I even called back 5 minutes after they left I couldn’t get door to go Down. They turned around came right back . When pulling up the door went down. It was the sensor user error they were so nice about it. Highly recommend they come out within 24 hours .price service was fantastic.

The garage door would really squeak sometimes when opening or closing. Because the door and rails are over 13 years old I wanted to get it checked. Jeremy was very polite, answered my questions, checked the railings and sprayed everything to eliminate the squeaking.

We definately recommend Precision for garage door repair work. They replaced two springs two years ago and we have never had any issues. Recently we have used them to do another repair on our garage door and they will be replacing all of the aged rollers. They are professional, fast and responsive.

Great experience. I called Precision in the am, and they immediately picked up my call and dispatched a technician who arrived that afternoon.
