Barry Williams, the Precision technician, did a thorough examination of the job, and job site, asked good questions about what I was looking for, clearly answered all my questions, and made good suggestions for some small safety improvements. Barry was polite, down-to-earth, and appears to know his business well. He also installed my garage doors, quickly, professionally, and well!
