Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful. The circuit board had to be replaced and he did it in no time. Everyone I encountered with Precision was very courteous & professional from the initial phone call. The technician (Ben) was very thorough explaining what the problems were , how the parts would work to fix the problems, and the three options I could choose from. The repair didn't take very long.
