About 7 yrs ago my spring broke and I called Precision Door to come out and they came out quickly and replaced my spring with 2 new springs. They did an excellent job very quickly. My original garage door opener (lift-master) was installed 24 yrs ago when our house was built and has worked great all these years except for an issue with the receiver eye having a problem when temperatures go below 60 degrees (yes - odd I know). Ben White came out to give me a quote on a new unit (per my request) and after hearing the problem he even attempted to check the receiver and reconnect the wiring to the receiving eye to see if that was the problem - he did this as a courtesy even though it was not a repair call. I decided to have a new belt driven lift-master installed by Precision Door. They sent out Ben White (Tech) to install the new unit. He called me 25 min before to let me know when he would arrive. He was at my house right on time. Within an about an hour, the new unit was all installed and working perfectly. After the install, the opener was so quiet as he sprayed a bearing on the garage door that was making noise. I didn't bother to quote any other garage door company for a new lift-master as my experience 7 yrs ago with precision so well taken care of. I like to support companies that are ethical, on time, and do a really good job. Ben White was on time and began work immediately. He was always professional and after the install, he had me set the code and explained how everything worked. Ben is an exceptional tech. I recommend Precision Door to anyone needing a repair or new installation. This company is highly professional from start to finish - I personally wouldn't use anyone else - period!

Let me just say, Precisiondoor installed a new garage door amd it went pretty smoothly. HOWEVER, my garage door remote needed reprogramming. I reached out to the company twice. Each time they promiced a tech would call me and follow up. It has now been TWO weeks ... and still nothing. Not happy with them. Cant trust them.
