Excellent service. Door spring broke and I called a local Tipton County repair company and made an appointment. They never showed, called or returned my calls. So I tried another local T County guy, same exact results. Both had excellent Google reviews (I don't see how). So I called Precision, initial call was professional and friendly, and got an appointment. They showed up on time and quickly fixed my broken spring, Austin was great btw, for exactly the quoted price. Precision might be a bit more expensive than some others but you get what you pay for. I will eventually need a complete door replacement and will be calling Precision when that day comes.

Responsive and timely. The technician was available early, called to confirm that someone would be at the house. He was quick and efficient in analyzing the problem and the full system. He made a couple changes, replaced one part then tested the full system. He adjusted and then ensured the full system worked correctly before he finished up. I would use them again - no question.

Garage door spring broke and our door came crashing down. I was able to book a service call within 24 hours of my call. Our technician, Tristan, was on time and so polite. He did a great job and I’m very pleased.

I highly recommend Precision Door Service. I came home one night and parked my car in the garage. The door closed, and I heard a commotion as my door became unhinged on one side and fell down from the upper rail. I would not be able to get my car out and I was afraid it would fall directly on the car. I panicked . I remember my son had his garage door repaired by Precision and knew he was well satisfied. On looking up the website, I saw I could call their 24 hour service line. I made an appointment for the next morning and to my relief,the employees got the door up to free my car. Within a few days I had new doors. I am so happy with my new doors and appreciate the excellent job Precision did plus the courteous men that came to my rescue. I also received an email on when they would come to my home plus a picture of the employees that would be sent. That made me feel safe and assured me I had made the right decision.
