The storm door looks very good and is easy to roll up and down. Still awaiting one piece of trim and paint over a couple of scratches. The initial meeting and follow up measurement meetings were excellent. Explained the door and followed up with any questions we had. Only complaint was the poor coordination between the office and the installation guys which required us to alter our plans to go meet them.

Wanted another door just like the one I just purchased. Gave them the model number over the phone. They wanted to send someone to give me an estimate. The service guy came and gave me three estimates, none of which listed the door that I wanted. I told him I wanted another door just like the one he delivered last week that I purchased from home Depot. He looked at the label on the door and still gave me three estimates, but none listing what I ask for; an insulated 7'X9" door with a windcode of W6.
