Mr Bailey Parker was our technician from Precision Garage Door. Bailey came to our home and introduce himself to us and our experience with him was excellent. He was a professional technician, very friendly, honest, and communicated to us in detail what he needed to do in order to diagnosed the problem. With a few moments he told us what the problem was and he repaired our garage door and had the garage door operating. I would like to add pictures to prove my point, but I don't have the option. Repair=fix not replace the whole garage door. Paid $50 for nothing. The integrity of the garage was not comprised, no rivets or welds broken. Only needed 1 roller to be re-installed. Very unhappy with the service.

After our inspection of the damages, and knowing that you had very nice motorcycles in the garage, we felt that a repair would have left us both in a touchy position and it was not in your best interest. I was first impressed after going on line with Precision Garage Door and I put my request in for a Representative to contact me and I received that call within fifteen minutes to schedule an appointment. I called Precision (after an internet search) when one spring on my very heavy wooden garage door broke on a Saturday morning. Not only was it Saturday, hurricane Irma was headed up the west coast of Florida, our way so I needed my door working. The technician arrived on time, performed an inspection and made recommendations as to what needed to be repaired. I have had springs replaced previously and last time another company put a non matched replacement spring in, which caused this premature failure of this opposite spring. The technician was very knowledgeable and experienced, performed the work....including extra work to replace other parts that were failing and needed to be replaced. I requested the "lifetime parts" and am very pleased with the service performed and feel it was a very fair price for the parts and labor that was performed. He replaced everything in short time, but was not rushed. Upon completion and resetting limits of the opener everything is working great and the door makes less noise compared to the noise it has made since we bought the house. Very Pleased! I will use them again on my other garage doors. Wayne

To the young lady who answered my call, thank you for not letting me say no and hang up the phone. Jason Lites was assigned to my service call. He evaluated the problems and give me 3 options. I signed up to the one which would fixed all my problems. He did a professional job and was very courteous.
