Our technician Roger Sweat, was very friendly and professional, and the work was done very efficiently. We would recommend your company to anyone that needs garage door repair.. We had a problem the day after the service was done, but Roger came out and fixed it very quickly, it was the sensors. Our garage door works great, now, and is so much more quieter.

5 Star Service! Cory first came to my house at 9PM on a holiday weekend to fix my door that folded up like a taco to get me through and returned and installed a new door a couple of days later. He was there on time, did an outstanding job and did what he said he was going to do. Very professional, knowledgeable and first class service...hard to find these days.. Thank you to Precision and most of all, thank you to your outstanding staff!

Awesome! From the time we called your response was exceptional, the technician Wade McNeal returned our call within a couple minutes and was at our house within 2 hours. He did a great job explaining what was bad with our system, our options, and installing the new system. I truly believe that he went above and beyond staying until he work out all the bugs with the new system he installed.

Justin arrived earlier than expected and explained what he would be doing. It didn't take him very long with him stating as old as my garage is, it was in fairly decent condition. He gave me estimates of what could be done when I was ready. Estimates ranging from cheapest to the most expensive. He was very professional and I will go to Precision when I'm ready to do repairs.
