The Precision service guy called ahead, then showed up on time. As it turned out, there was really nothing wrong with the opener; someone had activated the 'lock' switch accidentally. He flipped the switch and all was good. No charge for the visit!

I've used Precision for over 10 years for business referrals. Their ads on TV are very well done and frequent. My garage door was sounding strange upon opening. When I called for service, I was told that someone would be there tomorrow. Justin called me 5 to 10 minutes to announce his arrival. He was very pleasant, listened to my concerns and checked the operation of the door. He performed general maintenance and indicated the spring was weakening and causing the sound I heard. He did an excellent job of explaining the situation, tried to adjust it and gave me the choice of replacing it or living with the situation for a while longer. I opted to have it replaced. He also checked the external remote opener and found the battery needed to be replaced. Excellent job Justin. 5 stars!

Repairs were made quickly and professionally but at $600 for two springs an an hour in labor, I thought it was a a bit expensive.

I am the first to tell customer we are by no means the cheapest, but the reason behind that is we have the BEST trained technicians in the business and use superior parts. We also offer significantly better warranties than any competitor. The only thing I saw your technician could have done differently was waive the service call as we have a current promotion going on for that with work completed. I took the liberty today or processing a refund for the service call. I hope this makes you feel better and allow us to come back in the future should you ever need our assistance. Not only did he educate me about the problem (and fix it), but he also did a complete tuneup and explained many things about openers. This visit was definitely worth the trouble, and it was good to meet Jason, too. I'll call these guys again when I have another garage door issue, and I recommend that you do, too.

Our tech was very good. He explained what needed to be done to resolve the problem and then gave us options about other repairs that would be beneficial to have a trouble free door. He quoted us on the spot and made the problem repairs that day. We proceed to give him the go ahead for other repairs and options, and schedule the repairs on a day that was best for both of us.
