The service professional was very efficient and courteous. The spring was broken. I was surprised at the price because on the internet beforehand, I checked on the cost of this service generally and I saw estimates of it being $150 - $300 and this service cost me $525 which I thought was a bit excessive and this was disappointing because nobody likes to pay too much for anything however, I realize it was a Sunday afternoon and the technician was amiable and the condo association was pressuring me to get the door repaired.

Doug called and texted ahead, letting me know his arrival time. He arrived as indicated and thoroughly examined our existing door opener and the issues we had with it. He gave me several options with prices for each without pressuring me one way or the other. He worked swiftly and professionally and had a new opener installed and working in no time. Matt Jones did a great job replacing our broken garage door opener Saturday night! The new Precision belt vs chain drive is very quiet and looks like it should last. The control switches have improved features as well. We also got credit for earlier visit where we had hoped an adjustment might work. Worth the chance. Matt did work in less than an hour. Also programmed both cars. Nice young man and very polite!

After last year’s storm I couldn’t wait to get my hurricane resistant garage door . I did worry that the existing motor might not be able to handle the extra weight. But Precision Garage Door installer rigged up the springs and rollers so everything glides up and down perfectly. I already recommended them to a friend.

Precision did a great job I had an issue with my garage door & they were able to come out very quickly. Matt Jones explained the issue & what the cause was. He was very nice & professional. The office staff when I called to explain the issue also were nice & professional. Would highly recommend them for any repairs needed or any new intstallations. I was recommended from one of my friends they had installed a new hurricane garage door. Also another added bonus they are able to come out on the weekends if needed.

I had used them before and did not remember. First I tried another company I had used years ago, but something odd going on with their blocked website and their poor service. I tried Precision and they were fantastic. Even offered to come the same day (I couldn't) and they came the next day, did their work on the master unit, and were gone in 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Amanda answered my call and after getting some information told me that a service professional could come out today between 2-4PM. I couldn't believe that I could get same day service!!
