I have done business with Precision door for many years. Starting in San Diego, then Charlotte, and now in Florida. I have always felt "comfortable " with the technicians. NOT TODAY THOUGH. I was told the "brains" of my unit would not receive remote signals. His "solution" was to charge me $931.00, and get a new unit. No attempt was made to see if a reburshed part was available. He has been with the company for only one year, and I felt that he was trying to build the invoice up. So much for Precision door of Florida. Next time I will get another company. Too bad.

Over price for what I compared with after. They don’t give you a price to repair till they get to your house. The young man did a good job and was ver professional. But I think they have different prices for different people as I check with someone who used them and saw what they paid. Commission maybe.

Tyrone was so sweet and pleasant despite working in my super hot garage from 7-930p. He was patient and thorough in his explanations and gave us detailed options for how to proceed. No difference wr compared the details. We happen to know them as well. We will communicate this to our friend that recommended your company. I called precision door at 3 pm after coming home and finding one of my doors in need of repair. Jose Espinoza arrived an hour later to fix my problem. He was awesome! Explained everything to me while he was here. I opted to have a full service while he was here and he did a great job. If I had a business I would want Jose as an employee. Nice young man.
