We chose Precision because we wanted someone who would service our area. I'd pulled up the website & found excellent reviews, so that convinced us. The technician called ahead and arrived when promised. There were 2 young men, and they were courteous & professional. Our options were explained along the cost. Nothing was left to guesswork. The new garage door opener was installed quickly.
