Precision Garage Door Service is always very professional and responsive. We thought we needed an adjustment to our garage door, so we called them. They were able to quickly schedule an appointment for us. The technician who arrived was wonderful. He did not see anything that needed to be adjusted. We were not billed for the service call. Excellent customer service!

I had a garage door replaced today on my house, it's one of those long ones 16'x8' ( Double wide ). Since this was such an old garage door, everything needed to be replaced. It was actually a brand new install, and these guys hauled all the old stuff away. I have to say that I am impressed, and I'm not easily impressed, they even reconnected my opener to the door. For the price ( $1005.00 ) Precision Garage Door Company deserves 5 stars for such. The techs were professional and courteous, and very prompt, and it only took a couple of hrs. Thanks for a heck of a good job guys.

Wow!!! Can I just say that I have never seen such great service! I am extremely happy with the quick response and quality of repairs. This is a great company and I would highly recommend them. We had a broken torsion spring on our garage door and our technician, Alex was very thorough in explaining everything to use and was very polite and professional.

I needed to get a replacement garage door on a rental unit. I got several quotes and chose the wrong company to do the work. I then called Precision in a panic because the other company did not complete the job. Precision came right out the next day and fixed someone else's mess. They were so nice and accommodating due to the time crunch. I am so grateful that they took the time even though it wasn't there faux pas. Precision is the best.

After a week with an unusable door I took a chance and contacted Precision from their website that I found through Angie's List. I had no idea I would receive a same day appointment. I was very pleased with the service I received to repair broken springs. The technician was professional, informative and awesome. He went over the options for repair in detail, with no pressure, and I chose the lifetime limited warranty, which overhauled the parts of my door. I have already referred four friends to Precision.
