I was so pleased with Ron and his quick install of a new opener. He explained clearly how the system was operated after he completed the installation work. My old system was very old and had finally failed and what I couldn't get over was how much quieter the new systems is. I wish I had done this years ago. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Very good overall experience. New doors installed look great. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. Only “complaint” is that I was originally told the doors would take 6-8 weeks to be delivered but once I signed the contract I got an email saying they would take 8-12 weeks. They arrived around 8 weeks, so everything ended up fine. But personally, I’d rather hear the worst case scenario and be surprised if they come in early than expect them and have them be late.

I needed to fix the spring in my garage. I called on a Saturday and got an appt that day. The technician texted me when he was on his way.He was 2 hours earlier which was perfect for me. He finished by the time he should have arrived. Had the spring on the truck. My previous company would have had to come and measure and then order. Luis was friendly and professional.
